This lot comes from 379 smallholder farmers organized around MULTICOOP, a cooperative serving the mountain towns of Planadas, Río Blanco and Chaparral in southern Tolima. Farms sit between 1,500 and 2,200 meters and grow a mix that includes Castillo, Caturra and even some Geisha. Fully washed and sun-dried, it's certified Fair Trade at origin. In the cup: juicy grapefruit and red apple, a floral rose note, and a soft vanilla and milk chocolate finish.
