Ethiopia Gedeb — Bedhatu Jibicho
$25.00 USD
Blackberry · Chocolate · Grapefruit · Floral
Bedhatu Jibicho grows indigenous heirloom coffee in Gedeb, the southern tip of Ethiopia's Gedeo zone, at 1,800–1,900 meters. Changes to Ethiopia's export rules in recent years let individual farmers like Bedhatu sell their own coffee directly rather than only through unions or large exporters, so this is a true single-producer lot. Whole cherries are dried slowly on raised beds. Big blackberry and chocolate, lifted by grapefruit and florals.
