In the eastern highlands of Ethiopia, lies a region known as Harrar. Coffees from the area are hand sorted and dry processed giving them an unmistakable mocha flavor and huge body. Grown at elevations around 2000 meters, these coffees tend to have a more jammy flavor when compared to some of the more floral and fruity coffees from other regions in the country. We are currently implementing a beautiful organic Harrar in both our cold brews and our whole bean blends. We hope that you too can come to enjoy what we have discovered about this amazing coffee.
